You should already have some basic bookkeeping skills that you’ve acquired through either having taken a bookkeeping course or learned through experience. While I don’t teach you the very basics of bookkeeping, there will be opportunities to uplevel your skill set by learning specialized knowledge and advanced skills that will allow you to provide incredible value to your clients so you can attract better and higher paying clients.

No. There are hundreds of high quality tutorials on Quickbooks and Xero for free (from Intuit, Xero and on YouTube), so I didn’t spend time on creating detailed tutorials.

While you are NOT required to have any type of certifications in order to operate as a bookkeeper, it’s never a bad idea to get a certification.  Having certifications can help build credibility with potential clients.  Both Quickbooks Online and Xero do offer certifications, which are free to get.

We do provide technical support related to accessing the Bookkeepers IGNITE Membership Portal, but not specifically for the software and apps you’ll be using within your own business. However, you may get some light tech support help on the semi-monthly coaching calls and the private FB Community is a great place for you to be able to get assistance from other members who have run into the same tech issues that you have.

Yes, all live coaching calls and masterclasses are recorded and made available for replay. This ensures that you won't miss out on any valuable insights and can access the content at your convenience.

While Bookkeepers IGNITE is currently in Alpha, you will gain access to the full spectrum of tools and resources gradually as they are released on a monthly basis.
